Q: How often do I have to take classes?

Q: Do I need to buy any textbooks?
A: It depends on the course. Some of BEP’s personalised courses use original materials created by BEP, which are provided at no cost to the student. Other courses may be better supported by commercial textbooks. Any required materials and costs will be confirmed and agreed upon before you commit to the course.
Booking and Trial Lessons
Q: How do I book lessons?
A: Just fill in the contact form and tell me what kind of lessons you want. You can write in English or Japanese. I’ll reply by email to suggest a trial lesson and the next steps. (連絡フォームに必要事項を記入し、希望するレッスンをお知らせください。英語か日本語で書いていただいて構いません。試験レッスンと次のステップについて、メールでお返事します。)
Q: Can I try a lesson before committing?

A: It depends. Reading and writing lessons, business classes, and some professional lessons may include homework. For conversation and travel English, you can choose whether or not to have homework. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Q: What is your cancellation policy for public holidays / teacher absence?
A: If your lesson falls on a public holiday or I am unavailable, we will reschedule the class to a time that suits you. You will not lose any lessons. (祝日や私の都合でレッスンが受けられない場合は、別の時間にレッスンを再スケジュールします。レッスンを失うことはありません。)
